I know that people in the United Stats will keep having kids so that they can have the government programs pay for a lot of what they need to survive. I do know that a lot of people of low-income families will spend their money on cigarettes, going out, lottery, and other unessential items and let the government pay for all of their food and some of their rent. I believe that they could learn how to spend their money more wise and that they then could be able to keep their child and not get an abortion. I believe that if they do this, that Italy could spend their fund on more useful programs like education.
